About Discover Quincy
Discover Quincy partnered with Learn Tourism to launch the Quincy Ambassador Program — an online learning initiative designed to strengthen community pride, improve visitor engagement, and empower frontline staff and residents to become informed advocates for Quincy, Massachusetts.
The program combined destination knowledge, storytelling, visitor service skills, and local tourism awareness into an engaging digital learning experience that participants could complete at their own pace.
The results demonstrated strong learner engagement, meaningful behavioral outcomes, and a measurable increase in confidence among participants interacting with visitors.
