It didn’t start with a grand vision or a strategic whiteboard session. It started as two co-founders walked out of an “education” session at a tourism trade show, looked at each other, and asked, “Are all tourism education programs this bad?”
That question didn’t just spark laughter—it sparked curiosity—a relentless curiosity to understand how people learn, why they don’t, what obstacles stand in their way, and how we could remove them. That curiosity quickly became a mission—a mission to transform tourism education into something more accessible, more engaging, and more empowering for professionals and communities everywhere.
We dove deep into adult learning theory, business psychology, instructional design, and behavior change. We asked hard questions, tried new things, and made mistakes, but we learned every step of the way.
And that’s who we are now: a learning organization. Not just because we offer tourism training that inspires and empowers, but because we live what we teach. We embody a culture of continuous learning—of improvement, curiosity, and humility. As Maya Angelou said,
